Becoming a rebel heart

Most of my life was spent hiding my heart and trying to be someone I wasn’t. That disconnect pulled me into depression, addiction, toxic relationships, and a deep rejection of myself. I reached a point where I was tired of merely surviving — I wanted to live.
With my mom’s encouragement, I chose to learn how to love myself unconditionally. I chose to rebel against fear, shame, old conditioning, and the belief that I was powerless.
The journey was messy and real. I had to learn, practice, and release so much. I resisted my own growth, and I had to teach myself how to move with Love instead of Fear.
Spirituality returned slowly; religious wounds kept me cautious and alone in my healing.
In that quiet space, I found oracle cards. They became a gentle companion, helping me question everything — my beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and the way I had been living.
Through daily practice and journaling, I began to soften. I stopped seeing myself through judgment and finally recognized the part of me that was deeply empathetic, the part that wanted to walk with others through their darkness. To bring her forward, I first had to become her for myself.
As I grew, I added new self-healing tools and reconnected with an inner wisdom I had forgotten. Over the past ten years, I’ve risen from the depths and reclaimed my light.
I’ve become someone who chooses to move with Love.
And the more I move with Love, the more I rise in Freedom.
This is the Rebel Heart Way.
